Most menu items can be individually wrapped in containers with packaged utensils and napkins at no charge. Just ask us when you order.
Please send your food order to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need an order template one can be found under HOW TO ORDER SECTION. After we received the order we will send you a confirmation email (and an estimate if asked for). If you do not receive a confirmation email then the order was never placed or received. On the day of the event we will send you an invoice that can either be paid over the phone by credit card, check, or forwarded to your companies accounts payable department by you. We do not send invoices directly to AP. If you provide a P.O.# we will gladly put it on the invoice for your convenience. There are no deposits for our catering services however if we do not recognize your company we may ask you for more information.
Hot food catering orders need to be placed 36 hours at a minimum before the event takes place. Other orders can be placed at anytime. We try to take all emergency orders however delivery time is not guaranteed and you might not get the exact food you asked for. Hot food orders can be changed up to 48 hours ahead of time.
10 people is the minimum. If you have less you may still order but will get charge for 10 people.
You need a minimum of 15 people to place half and half orders. For example at 15 people you may order half chicken and salmon, rice and green salad. If you had 12 people you would need to order the chicken plate for 12 and salmon plate for 12.
All catering orders include everything needed to set up buffet style food service. This means utensils, napkins, plates, serving utensils, coffee service creamers, etc. We do not provide onsite food service.
